After a staggering weigh-in on opening day, the annual Big Rock Fishing Tournament looks to bring in even bigger fish in upcoming years, as the Governor has signed legislation ensuring Mother Nature has a helping hand from good old Big Business to jump start exciting genetic changes in all of NC’s fish species.
